  • Pharmacy Technician  (Ft. Myers, Tallahassee and Fort Myers Locations – M-F / 9:00am- 5:30pm)

    Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy is seeking qualified Florida Registered Pharmacy Technicians. This is a full time position with growth opportunities. The ideal candidates will have two or more years’ experience in either Long Term Care, 340B or Retail Pharmacy.


    In addition to knowledge of drugs, dispensing, inventory, regulations, pharmacy law and regulation and the customary skill sets candidates will have up-to-date-working knowledge of:


    * Experience on  QS1 - NRx or PrimeCare preferred

    * Data Entry

    * Prior Authorization Processes

    * Insurance and 3rd party billing




    •  Applicant should be Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years’ experience

    •  Must be 18 years of age or older

    •  High School Diploma or equivalent

    •  Knowledge of QS1 NRx or PrimeCare required

    •  Docu-Track experience is a plus but not required

    •  Nationally Certified is desired but not required

    •  Friendly customer service is a MUST

    •  Able to work well with others as a team member



  • Information Technology Specialist


    The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    Holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, computer information systems or related field required. Industry certifications and memberships a plus. Two years of related remote and onsite desktop support experience. Desktop hardware experience to include diagnostics, installation, replacement, upgrades and maintenance. Must have strong troubleshooting and support skills Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills.  Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously. Ability to work with end-users remotely and onsite to resolve reported issues. Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity and documentation. With information technology constantly changing, specialists must stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and the potential effectiveness of these advancements in their current system.


    Position Summary:


    The position of the Information Technology Specialist is to assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands. Applies technical expertise to the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems. Oversees the day-to-day functioning of a company's computer network including organizing, installing, and supporting computer systems, networks, intranets, and other data communication systems. Troubleshoot computer and information systems;  responsible for maintaining user uptime and improving computing experiences through effective problem identification and resolution. Provides exceptional customer service.  Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means.  Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use. Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department.
