    Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy is seeking qualified Florida Registered Pharmacy Technicians. This is a full time position with growth opportunities. The ideal candidates will have two or more years’ experience in either Long Term Care, 340B or Retail Pharmacy.

     

    In addition to knowledge of drugs, dispensing, inventory, regulations, pharmacy law and regulation and the customary skill sets candidates will have up-to-date-working knowledge of:

     

    * Experience on  QS1 - NRx or PrimeCare preferred

    * Data Entry

    * Prior Authorization Processes

    * Insurance and 3rd party billing

     

    Requirements:

     

    •  Applicant should be Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (Fort Myers) or      Nationally Certified (Phoenix, AZ) with at least 2 years’ experience

    •  Must be 18 years of age or older

    •  High School Diploma or equivalent

    •  Knowledge of QS1 NRx or PrimeCare required

    •  Docu-Track experience is a plus but not required

    •  Nationally Certified is desired for Fort Myers, FL, required for Pheonix, AZ

    Has a High School Diploma or GED.  Completion of a board-approved pharmacy technician-training program with at least 2 years of experience in a medical insurance/billing/customer service environment. Holds a valid Florida Pharmacist Technician License and is in good standings with the Florida Board of Pharmacy and all other held licenses are in good standing (preferred but not required). Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel and Access preferred and data entry. Able to learn new software with ease.     Position Summary:

     

    Job purpose of the Health Benefits Coordinator is to receive and process new pharmacy referrals, verifying insurance coverage, facilitate prior authorization requests, coordinate delivery and serve as the first point of contact for service related inquiries and associated needs. This individual coordinates the initiation of care with patient/caregiver, referral source, and other providers of care. The Health Benefits Coordinator enters patient information into the patient record accurately and completely and maintains all patient records according to HIPAA privacy and security regulations.

Clinical Pharmacist is a health professional who interprets physicians’ prescriptions, contacts doctors or other prescribers and/or patients to verify prescriptions, review assessments, provide patient counselling and associated documentation and expedite processing of order.     Qualifications:

     

    Holds a AA/AS degree, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.   The equivalent coursework in a related specialized field and four+ years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirements. Four (4) years’ experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Human Resources Office or Business Management. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting processes or back office management. Experience with Microsoft Office products, electronic document management, and QuickBooks experience a plus. At least 3 years supervisory experience required. Demonstrated leadership and management skills are essential.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Job purpose of the Administrative Services Supervisor is to provide support for business operations with specific responsibility for performing activities related to the accurate processing of authorized invoices, recording, updating and reconciling related financial information; new employee onboarding and associated HR functions and providing instructions and/or accounting support to other personnel in accordance with established practices. Maintaining systems and processes for annual renewal of licenses and insurance renewals, personnel performance reviews, trainings and licensure verifications. Supervises clerical and administrative personnel.

Provides drug information to the healthcare providers and patients during daily responsibilities and participates in all daily clinical activities. Provides pharmacy services to patients and medical practitioners. Verifies and dispenses medicines; counsels patients and works directly with medical practitioners regarding the nature and use of drugs. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the pharmacy technician with a supportive and team-building approach. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.  This is an exempt position that reports to the Regional Operations Manager.

    BS/BA required prefer Business/Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related filed. At least five (5) years supervisor of a minimum of three (3) employees and/or organizational leadership with business operations management.  Has logistics and supply chain management experience; overseeing and directing product, processes and customer service.  Five plus (5+ ) years of experience identifying and implementing process improvements. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. LTC Pharmacy and QS1 experience preferred.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    The Operations Manager’s goal is to oversee the entire order cycle, from product procurement to patient/account delivery, to enhance both referral source and patient satisfaction and ensure the long-term retention of both referral source and patient.  The Operations Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the Phoenix, AZ Pharmacy locations implementation and oversite of the administration and execution of all operation functions in the pharmacy across departments including pharmacy, delivery, and customer service. Oversees locations customer experience and overall operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will diagnose process breakdowns and implement action plans for correction. Oversees the procurement of 340B and non-340B drugs and supplies from its wholesalers and distributors and the efficient and timely distribution of medication and supplies to customers’ homes, satellite pharmacy location or other sites of service. The Operations Manager develops strong and lasting business relationships with the company’s contracted clinics to maximize both referral sources, retention and new referral activity. Works directly, or indirectly, with the company’s contracted clinics to ensure customer satisfaction and directly, or indirectly, reaches out to the contracted clinics to identify the level of customer satisfaction with company’s services.

     

     

  • Inventory-Procurement Manager – Phoenix, AZ

    Qualifications:

     

    An associates Degrees required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least four (4) years supervisor and/or organizational leadership experience. Must have logistics experience; overseeing and directing product.  Must be skilled in inventory forecasting and making sure that all necessary products are always in stock. Proven record of effectively dealing with Suppliers, making buying decisions and managing inventory. Must understand how Inventory Management decisions affect bottom-line profitability. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word with emphasis in Excel.  Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills, keeps timelines and meets deadlines. High attention to detail, ensures accuracy in completion of work. Ability to communicate and build relationships throughout the organization.

     

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    The job purpose of the Inventory-Procurement Manger is to manage the prescription drug and pharmacy supply replenishment process and procedures. Oversees inventory levels to ensure that the necessary amount of medications is on hand to process prescriptions while at the same time managing the medication inventory so there is not excess inventory.  Responsible for replenishing spent inventory, arranging for the return of excess inventory or the disposal of out dated inventory while preventing shrinkage as necessary. In charge of purchasing, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels for the organization, while monitoring usage and managing the cost of pharmaceuticals for the company.  Accountable for conducting inventory and requesting new products based on organizational requirements. Strive to develop excellent business relationships with external pharmacy partners and vendors. Use pharmacology knowledge to order a variety of medicines, as well as prepare invoices, complete financial reports based on their purchasing orders, and conduct audits. Ensure efficient stock and drug usage within pharmacy automation; conduct reports, analyzes and implement optimization of automation workflow processes.
